We are calling all parents to our second PO meeting on March 16th. You will be electing the 2017 PO Board. We will install the PO President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Business Rep. Your participation is needed and appreciated.
After our Board has been installed, we will be preparing a calendar of events for the rest of the year. Suggestions and resources are welcomed. We have already conducted a Bake Sale to collect initial PO funds. Our Parent Coordinator, Ms. Malcolm, has begun initial planning to hit the ground running. “We will be faced with the challenge to fundraise heavily to be able to support family enrichment activities” said Ms. Malcolm.
On Monday, March 6, we reached out to Mothers in our Village. The event was a follow up to “Donuts with Dad” event back in October. Both events, along with the Parent’s Saturday Academy are parts of our effort to include parents and families into our New Hope community.
